No Returns on Digital Products

All products sold by TRXPHOUSE are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or downloaded.

EU Consumer Rights

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. However, this right does not apply to digital content that has been delivered and where the consumer has given prior consent to the immediate delivery and acknowledged that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal upon delivery.

Exceptions

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue or offer a replacement.
